The Market at Root and Vine

Our Wellness Market is focused on-the-go retail offerings. Highlighting local producers of ready-made foods, pre-packaged snacks, and ready-to-drink beverages.

Offering an innovative, seasonal cold-pressed juice and smoothie program in partnership with local producers that can be customized to guest preferences alongside pro-biotic drinks, hot beverages with adaptogens.

Interactive counter service and theatrical open kitchen allows for customizable plates for guests to dine in or enjoy their meals to-go.

A guest-facing, open-flame oven serves as a focal point. All-day staples guided by a rotating menu of focused, seasonally-inspired ingredients. Baked fresh to order, the selection is wholesome, driven by the seasons, using the brick oven cooking as the common thread.
